Reception staff are extremely efficient and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean , basic ,but a good price for the quality and there is ample parking. The entrance from parking is shared with flats and its appearance is a bit grubby, but don’t be put off. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The manager, Kristina, is absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. Shelley was also incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Excellent service all around — we would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Oddly situated on some upper floors of an isolated office building in the middle of nowhere in south London. But room is quiet and comfortable. Receptionist is friendly
I stayed at the Travelodge Crystal Palace over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep. I accidentally brought the wrong charger, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find one, which I really appreciated. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the staff were excellent throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended!
It's a decent hotel with free parking available. The commute is easy from the location with bus stop just outside the hotel. They only do weekly cleaning but basic amenities are provided. For the value charged, I would have expected to have better service. It's safe to stay, the main entrance is locked at night and accessed through the hotel card. I've had a decent stay overall.
31° and the heating was on in the room when we got there lifts were so weird, wouldn't bring you to the floor you pressed, and the other lift was out of order (theres stairs though so it didnt really bother us) staff were lovely and kind as we were waiting for our room, very big and spacious with a gorgeous view! just a tip, dont keep your windows open all night no matter how hot it is because we struggled getting two pigeons out of the room
The hotel reception is very helpful and with a smile as well. The rooms are fine and the location of the hotel is away from London tube train network
